Ages 5 and up

Our recreational gymnastics program is for girls and boys from 5-12 years old. Students train skills on vault, bars, beam and floor. The coaches teach positive and progressive gymnastics. Our objective for the students is to have fun while mastering gymnastics skills, flexibility, strength, and positive self-image. Our classes are divided into three skill levels:  Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Bronze

Monday 5:00-6:00

Tuesday 6:00-7:00

Wednesday 4:00-5:00

Thursday 5:00-6:00

 

Silver

Tuesday 5:00-6:00
